For All Buyers

*Florida Residents are required to pay state sales tax (6%), county tax (0%~1% not more than $50), title transfer fees, registration fees, and license plate fees. Dealers are required by law to collect these fees and process all of these paperwork at the DMV for the buyer. All of these fees are regulated by the state.
* Title transfer, registration, and license plate fees vary by person and birth date, so we charge a flat rate of $86 to transfer the registration and $404 for a new registration and REFUND any difference in charges.
* We accept Cash, Cashier's Checks, Official Checks, Money Order
* All  buyers have to pay $299.00 documentation and prep. fee.

For EBAY BUYERS

* A non refundable deposit of $500 is required within 48 hours of auction end. You can pay your deposit by Paypal, wire transfer , money order, cash or cashier's check.

* The remaining balance will be paid by wire transfer, loan check, cashiers check, cash in person or money order.

* If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements have not been made, the vehicle can be made available for sale

* The remaining balance is due within 7 days of auction ends. If financial transactions is not completed in the time period stated above, you will risk loosing your deposit

* If you choose the Buy It Now option, the auction will be ended early and the sale will be completed through eBay.
* We welcome potential buyers to inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. If you choose to inspect the vehicle or have it done by a professional you will do so at your own expense. Inspections must be conducted before the auction ends.
* You must be at least 18 years old to bid on our auctions.

* We do not guarantee that the exterior of the vehicle will be clean upon delivery if it is shipped on an open truck.
* We do not guarantee that the vehicle comes with an owner's manual, keyless remote, or cigarette lighter unless shown in pictures.

For Out-of-State Buyers

* Non Florida Residents have to pay their states sale tax to the state of FLORIDA if they are not shipping the vehicle. Florida laws requires that we collect sales tax from any person buying a car and driving it through the state of Florida. Most states allow a tax credit and you won't pay the tax again in your own state.
* You will pay 6% of the federal tax to us and the remaining balance of the tax difference to any DMV location in your own state when you are registering the vehicle.
* You will receive a tax exemption forms from our dealer when you purchase the vehicle.
